Wamellow Discord Bot

Setup

• Add Wamellow to your server by going to wamellow.com/add.
• Head to the dashboard by going to wamellow.com/dashboard.
• Select your server on the dashboard.
• Navigate to the Notifications tab.
• Click Create new Notification, select Bluesky, and enter a username (like `shi.gg` or `tolgchu.bsky.social`).
• Click Submit and start customizing your message! 🎉

You can also configure ping roles to notify people who have a certain role, or just ping @everyone or @here!

With Wamellow, you can also configure what types of posts to send, you can toggle reposts, quote posts, replies to other posts, and whether a post must include an image or just setup a custom regex filter.

You can also fully customize the Discord message and embed it for free. Read the Wamellow Social Notification documentation to find out how to do this.

You can add dozens of placeholders to your custom message, like `{post.type}`, `{creator.handle}`, or `{creator.followers}` find all placeholders in the docs.

Posts from Bluesky will be sent to your Discord server within half a second (~400ms). You can add any user you want, whether you own the account or not. You also don't have to worry about users changing their username or handle, Wamellow does that for you.

Liking & Reposting on Bluesky within Discord

Wamellow is the only Discord bot that allows you to directly like and repost Bluesky posts within Discord! You don't have to create an app password or anything, just simply authorize Wamellow with your Bluesky account (uses oauth2).

• On Bluesky Notifications: Hit the "like" or "repost" button on the bottom of the message.
• On every other message: If a message contains a link to a Bluesky post, you can just react with a 🩵 (light blue heart) emoji, to like it on Bluesky.

Doing that for the first time will send you an authorization link via DMs. You can also just go to wamellow.com/profile/connections!

We don't store much, but that data we have to store, is all encrypted, and stored safely.
